Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Spyrse. We value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Supported by an unboxing video showing the package opening clearly.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to our E 152 Basement Pul Prahladpur New Delhi 110044 (provided once your return request is approved).

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll review your case with the unboxing video and make it right through an exchange or refund, as applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

We also do not accept returns on used or damaged products not covered by a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request an exchange, please share your unboxing video and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If your exchange is approved and stock is available, we’ll process the replacement immediately.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return Shipping Fee: ₹100 (deducted from your refund or paid in advance by the customer).

  • Returns are accepted only after approval.

  • Returns without the required unboxing video will be rejected.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or to your bank account if you paid via Cash on Delivery.

  • Processing time: 8–15 business days after approval.

Please note that bank or payment gateway delays may affect the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at spyrseinfo@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-8745898270.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
