All our products — including handbags, wallets, sling bags, totes, clutches, and related accessories — are crafted from vegan leather and sustainable materials.
Product images are for representation only; minor variations in color or texture may occur.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person, region, or jurisdiction and to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) through PhonePe payment gateway.

For COD orders:

  • No additional charges apply.

  • Orders require verification by phone before shipping.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 working days.
We currently ship through Shiprocket (partners may include Delhivery, Ekart, Shadowfax, Amazon, etc.).
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹500.

Tracking details are shared via email and SMS once the order ships.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • A valid unboxing video is required.

Return shipping costs ₹100, payable by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Issued to the original payment method (or to bank for COD orders) within 8–15 business days of return approval.

  • Exchanges are only allowed for wrong or damaged items.

Order Cancellations:

  • Allowed before the order is shipped.

  • Customers can request via email or WhatsApp.

Products are covered under manufacturing warranty for stitching or zipper issues only.
